Hey! I’m Rachael Kable
I help people reduce and manage stress using mindfulness techniques and mindful living strategies.
After experiencing years of stress and anxiety, I went to University to study psychology and better understand “the mind.”
During my time as a volunteer on an anxiety Helpline, I became passionate about sharing mindfulness with people who wanted to live more purposeful and less “rushed” lives.
Over the last ten years, I’ve shared mindfulness with thousands of people around the world via my top-rated podcast, The Mindful Kind, and my book (also called The Mindful Kind!).

Once you enrol, you’ll have unlimited access to the course for as long as you like.
What do I need?
You can access the Mindfulness Made Easy course from your computer, tablet or phone. I also recommend printing the workbook and the 555 Strategy at the start of the course. Alternatively, you can use the editable PDF versions on your computer.
What if I’ve never practiced mindfulness before?
Don’t worry – this course has been designed with beginners in mind! You’ll receive plenty of support to help you understand mindfulness and how to put it into practice.
Is the course useful for people who already have a well-established mindfulness practice?
Mindfulness Made Easy is a great option if you already understand mindfulness, but you want to implement it into your life more regularly or create a consistent practice. However, if you already have a well-established mindfulness practice, this course probably isn’t for you.
